Just a watertaxi ride from downtown Auckland with many a good restaurant to enjoy. New Zealand is a great place for wine tourism. In our opinion no wine-producing country does a better job of welcoming tourists. 
Why not taste some New Zealand wines before you travel? Make a note of the ones you like and research the vineyards and winemakers. This doesn’t just have to be a shopping trip to the merchant or supermarket you know!
